This was the best 10 minutes I’ve spent watching youtube in a while.

Back in 1998, publishing company Modern Library placed George Orwell’s 1949 dystopian novel “Nineteen Eighty-Four” at number 16 on its list of “100 best English-language novels of the 20th century,” further securing his work as a classic piece of literature.

While it would be hard to argue against what makes Orwell’s novel a classic literary piece, defining an automobile as “classic” becomes a bit of a complicated endeavor.

The definition of a “classic” car can vary wildly depending on who you ask. The Classic Car Club of America defines the term as pertaining to a “fine” or “distinct” automobile, regardless of country of origin, manufactured between 1925 and 1948. The judging guidelines for the Antique Automobile Club of America indicate a vehicle is considered “classic” when it’s between 25 and 40 years old.

Definitions vary on the other side of the world as well. Since 2007, the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations ordinance of the Road Traffic Act in Germany has defined a classic car as being between 20 and 30 years old. And coming in at 27-years old, Nils Michler’s 1984 Audi 90 B2 meets that “classic” definition. And then some.

Found this in R3vlimited’s rolling shots thread.

While I admit to be taken a bit by the hella flush movement, I find myself surfing the internet for some of the stuff we don’t see everyday here state side. Jon and I here at Enthusiast Apparel have spent countless nights perusing blogs, websites, and facebook pages while sending each other a ridiculous amount of different cars. The amount of different cars we seem to be into here at both Rival House and Enthusiast Apparel seems to be endless.

On our travels around the internet Jon and I have come across http://super2cv.com which is a photoblog by Etienne Musslin who has agreed to allow us to use some of his finds here. This blog is dedicated to and features many different styles of Citroen 2CV’s. Traveling through El Dorado from Wichita Kansas, I found this on the side of the road for sale. Pulled in to the parking lot to see if it’s ok to take pics of it since I saw it had plates. The young guy painting inside said sure, and informed me it’s for sale and runs.
